2 Clayton, DE Clayton, DE Part-time Part-time $14 an hour $14 an hour Small extra income - cleaning job We are a cleaning company that has a cleaning project at a Building Industrial Plant in Clayton, Delaware that needs cleaning (5) times a week, Monday - Friday.
NOTE:
Cleaner MUST Be Able to Work Each Day, (3 hours a night) Monday Thru Thursday - 6PM-9:
00PM Friday 5pm - 8pm Cleaning Responsibilities General office:
Vacuum all carpeted areas Clean all hard floor surfaces Spot clean walls, doors, frames Remove trash and replace liners as necessary Restroom:
Mop floors using disinfectant cleaner Clean and disinfect all sinks, fixtures, counter, toilet partitions, mirrors Clean and shall all brightwork Restock supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, seat covers) Remove trash and replace liners Conference rooms/ Break-rooms:
Vacuum all carpeted areas Clean all hard floor surfaces Clean all countertops, sinks, tables, chairs, etc Organize furniture and reset to neat and orderly condition Remove trash and replace liners as necessary Common Areas:
Vacuum all carpeted areas Clean all hard floor surfaces Organize furniture and reset to neat and orderly condition Remove trash and replace liners as necessary PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must Be Able to Lift 10
pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand for extended periods of time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk and squat.
Must Be Comfortable Working on Feet for Entire Shift.

Qualifications:
MUST have reliable transportation to location.
Previous cleaning experience a PLUS.
Attention to Detail Must be able to work Monday to Friday (Each Day) NOTE:
Must be authorized to work in the US.
This is a Part Time employment opportunity.
